We first encountered Gary some five years ago when he came to carry out the Gas Safe inspections on the boiler in the house we rented when we first came to the area. His efficiency and obvious competence led us to make sure we took his contact details ready for when we moved into our own house. When that happened, we discovered that he had done work for our house’s previous owners. For us, he serviced our old boiler until we replaced it. He has also replaced four radiators for us.

When our old boiler developed a major fault, Gary took us through the options, and costs, of repair, replacing with a basic boiler and replacing with a better boiler with state-of-the-art controls, giving us clear objective advice with which to make up our own minds. Decisions made, Gary moved swiftly to obtain all the parts and worked hard over two days to fit and commission the new ATAG boiler with which we are very pleased.
